Cash Flow Report
The cash flow report helps you understand your VAT payment obligations, track upcoming deadlines, and review historical payments.
Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports > Cash Flow.
Summary Cards
The report displays four key metrics:
- Total Outstanding — Unpaid VAT obligations across all periods
- Due Next 30 Days — VAT payments due within the next month
- Paid Last 90 Days — Total VAT paid in the past quarter
- Overdue Amount — Payments past their due date
Payment Timeline
A visual timeline shows your payment obligations over the next 90 days:
- Upcoming payments shown as timeline markers
- Overdue payments highlighted with warning badges
- Click any payment to view details
Report Sections
Upcoming Obligations
The top 5 upcoming VAT payment deadlines, showing:
- Filing period
- Due date
- Amount owed
Recent Payments
The last 5 VAT payments made, including:
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Payment method
Monthly Summary
A 6-month history showing:
- Month
- Number of payments made
- Total amount paid
- Returns settled
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download the full cash flow breakdown including all obligations, payments, and monthly summaries.
Empty State
If no VAT returns have been filed yet, the report will display guidance on how to get started with filing.
