License Management
View and manage your CoralLedger Comply license from the Settings > License page.
License Status
Your license card shows:
- License type — Founding Member, Accounting Firm, Enterprise, or Trial
- Status — Active, Trial, Grace Period, or Expired
- Description — Details about your current plan
Status Indicators
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Free Beta - Active | Beta period, all features available at no cost |
| Trial Active | Trial period with countdown of remaining days |
| Grace Period | Read-only access after trial expiry |
| Expired | No access — activate a license to restore |
Usage Statistics
The license page displays your current usage:
- Businesses — Number of business profiles created vs. your plan limit
- Team Members — Number of users added vs. your plan limit
- Transactions This Month — Monthly transaction count
- Returns Filed This Year — Annual return filing count
Activating a License
If you have a license key:
- Go to Settings > License
- Enter your activation code in the License Key Activation section
- Click Activate
- Your license status will update immediately

What happens when my trial expires?
You enter a grace period with read-only access. Your data is preserved. Activate a license to restore full access.

What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time. Your data is retained for 7 years per VAT Act requirements.
Is my Founding Member price really locked for life?
Yes. Founding Members pay $99/mo forever, regardless of future price increases.
